inDemand: the combination of demand-driven & co-creation approaches
Heini Malm (inDemand partner from Business Oulu) shares some insights and lessons learned after implementing the inDemand model.
We asked her if there is scientific evidence regarding the impact of this coupled open innovation – applying demand-driven and co-creation approaches at the same time. The answer is yes!
“Based on the submitted papers, there is scientific evidence that supports the positive impact of the inDemand model. One is that open innovation can lead companies to faster solution deployment and faster commercialisation. The second piece of evidence is that developing solutions together with the field professionals helps companies to keep focused on, for example, what features are relevant for the new digital solution”.
Heini also shares lessons learned about business support and how relevant it is for company success. If you are interested in innovation and digital transformation in healthcare, don’t miss the video for more tips.
